It was like being at home

We three sisters spent a weekend (3 nights) in this cozy hotel in a beautiful 3-bed room. Despite Corona, everything was well organized. The breakfast was plentiful, we didn't miss anything. The half-board dinner was good and tasty. We want to come back next year.

It was a very pleasant 10 days. Will probably come back next year

Price-performance ratio is absolutely wrong! € 99 for a "superior" room, which was more like a standard room! Price not justified! Half board for 14.50 € not justified! Bad situation! Sauna for a fee for hotel guests.

It was just terrible, there was hardly any drinking and the guests got the water from the toilet because there were no conditions to be seen. My wife got two wines all evening

-Empty restaurant and 45 minutes waiting for the food to be served for 8 people -The restaurant serves as a place to prepare decoration, very annoying - Employee communication runs across rooms, which means that kitchen staff are called from the restaurant - very messy set tables, looked like the apprentice had let off steam, ours was covered with coffee napkins and twisted cutlery, while everything was set for Christmas -Soljanka was rather neutral in taste - Main course was OK, but nothing unusual - We were placed in the far corner in the breakfast room and the large pavilion was not accessible because we were preparing for Christmas, a place for 8 people to cover later does not work - Easter decoration already at Christmas Overall not recommended

Here you can eat well and cheaply. Cozy local with beautiful views. Friendly staff.

Oh and the best for last. Free Wi-Fi 😃😃 unfortunately not in the rooms, a Sch ... Reception that all guests early and in the evening in the dining room as teenagers sit with their phones and one message after the other can finally receive.

Food very good. But very long wait

We were a group and the staff was not able to serve food nearly at the same time. Staff very unfriendly and Kretik was not allowed to comment, except you did not want to be served. Prices / performance definitely not justified! We will not see this house again.

The hotel is nice, food and rooms are good. There is only one, for arrivals without vehicle, the way from the stop Hoymer Straße / Netto supermarket is very difficult and also very far to walk, about 1km. But you can call the hotel and during the day you will be picked up and also back to the bus stop or where else you want to go. Also the place Ballenstedt is if you are not good on foot, a bit away from the hotel.

Had rooms in the basement to the street, animal 6 u 8 Beinige residents incl., Breakfast ausstreichend, coffee I did not like it, orange juice u multivitamin juice much too sweet. Female staff very friendly helpful, male staff incompetent unfriendly behavior when criticism. Dogs can be brought along for an extra charge, depending on size. For me once and never again. See large building with a hodgepodge of variants

A wonderful place to rest: there is no city noise, birds sing. Four banquet rooms. Just super!
